Pickup and delivery pincodes, weight and dimensions, package type, and whether it is cash on delivery. Dimensions matter — carriers bill on the greater of actual and volumetric weight.
We check serviceability
Every partner is tested against your route: does it collect from your pickup pincode, deliver to your destination, accept this package type and weight, support COD if you need it, and still have capacity today?
Compare and choose
Eligible partners are priced server-side from their own rate cards and shown side by side with delivery estimates, ratings and features. Sort by price, speed or rating — nothing is hidden.
Pay and book
Review the itemised charges, apply a coupon if you have one, and pay online or from your wallet. The booking, shipment, charges and first tracking event are written in a single database transaction, so you never end up with a half-created shipment.
Pickup and transit
The partner accepts the booking and schedules a pickup. Every status change from collection to the destination hub is timestamped and appears in your tracking history immediately.
Delivery and proof
On delivery the courier records the recipient name and captures a signature or photo. You can download the proof of delivery and tax invoice from your dashboard at any time.
What happens behind the scenes
Chargeable weight
Volumetric weight is L × W × H ÷ 5000. Whichever is greater — actual or volumetric — is what you are billed on. We show both before you pay.
Zones
Each partner maps its coverage onto zones. Your price comes from the rate-card cell for your origin zone, destination zone and weight band — the same table the partner publishes to us.
Commission
We earn a commission from the partner on completed bookings. It is deducted at settlement, not added to your price — which is why the rate you compare is the rate you pay.
