1. Eligibility and verification
Partners must be a legally registered courier business and must provide registration, tax, identity, address and bank documents. Listings go live only after approval.
2. Rates and coverage
You are responsible for the accuracy of your published rate cards, service areas and delivery estimates. Rates apply as published at the time of booking.
3. Service obligations
Accept or reject bookings within the stated window, keep shipment status current, and upload proof of delivery. Repeated failures may lead to suspension.
4. Commission and settlement
Commission is deducted from the booking value and the balance settled on the agreed cycle. Statements itemise every booking.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. Bookings already in transit must be completed.
