1. About these terms
Shipza operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent courier companies. We are not the carrier; the courier partner you select is responsible for carriage.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and the selected partner accepts it. Rates quoted are based on the package details you provide; if the courier finds different weight or dimensions at pickup, the price may be revised.
3. Prohibited items
You may not ship items prohibited by law or by the selected partner, including hazardous goods, currency, and perishables not declared as such.
4. Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or the partner's published limit, whichever is lower, unless insurance was purchased.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to registered users.
